I'm in the 8th grade and I was thinking:





How would you think of ice skating for a first date?





For the girl I'm gonna ask out, if she doesn't know I would tell her "I'll teach you".

Yes, it is a good Idea. If she doesn't know how, you have the perfect reason to hold her hand.

note: dont be cocky with your skating though because it gets annoying and is a major turn off!!!
Reply:go for it I went ice skating for a date once, i had the best time, well i was the better skater and he was the nubie, it was cute though, then we got hot chocolot and we cuddled it was great go for it!
Reply:i was actually dating an 8th grader and we went ice skating for our first date! it was awful though - i play hockey and am a great skater, he was really bad and was boasting about how good he was...needless to say that was our only date. but if you're a good skater then it is a great idea! but here's some advice, never lie to your girl!
