What are good ice skating stretches and wamr-ups????????

I am a figure skater, and I have been skating for a long time and I am very good but the strangest thing is I don't know any good streches to do before I go out on the ice! So plz plz answer my question if you know like a website where I could print off some good short exercise stretches I can do before I go on the ice! They have to be short though! Thx

Here are recommended stretches specifically for figure skating:

Read the helpful Notes on Stretching too:

To me this is "short", but that's because I always took my time doing stretches at home (the rink wasn't too far) or the warm ballet room at the rink. I jogged in place to get my circulation going - and then did my own stretch routine from head to toe. If I was pressed for time, I did a short cut version depending on how much time I had, but still stretched "generally" from head to toe - after skating, too.
Reply:Yoga really helps with skating as well as ballet. Just simple things like touching your toes and just trying to get as close to them as possible. Simple stretches like that everynight about 30 seconds each really help. I think this site will help a lot too.
