There are no ice rinks "in" West Covina, but if you Google nearest to West Covina, these are the results that come up along with a map in relation to WC. There are links to all their websites there too.

But it may depend on where you are in WC as to what is actually nearest.





Most all the ice rinks should have a birthday party package link (with prices) on their website. All are suitable for a 12 year old's birthday party. Depending on how many guests there are, I would think it'd be much less than $1000.
