I'm 13 and nearly torn my ligament in a rugby match. I've been off sports for nearly 2 terms :%26lt;


its the cruciate ligament thats nearly torn

I would suggest talking to your doctor. Skating may cause further problems with your nearly torn ligament.
Reply:Has it stopped hurting yet, have you had surgery and does it still buckle sometimes ?


I did mine in years ago and it was useless until I had surgery. Used to buckle and swell up everytime I tried to do anything. If it's not giving you trouble try it, if it twinges wear a good support.
