In the city of San Francisco, there is a permanent skating rink at the Yerba Buena center. This is also the home of the Ice Skating Club of San Francisco.

Reply:You can go to the Embarcadero in San Francisco during the holiday season. This is at pier 1 which is right in front of the ferry terminal.

Reply:SF for the west side of the bay. East bay there isn't much of anything.
