Random ice skating movie but no title. can you tell me what is?

it was a movie i used to watch as a kid, it was winter-themed and i and distinctly remeber a woman staing in the middle of a circle of small children who were ice skating around her doing synchronized jumping to a song, i cannot remeber the name of this movie for the life of me, but i remeber that scene so vividly, i think josee chouinard may have been in it but i may be wrong
